Sign Off
Explanation
Use this activity to sign off an operation subtask. This is compulsory in
order to close an operation where the Sign Off field has been set to
Required. This procedure is normally performed by a shop floor worker.
This activity contains a Security Checkpoint which can be activated by an
administrator. With an activated security checkpoint on a function you will have
to authenticate yourself again in order to fulfill the function. Additionally,
whenever a security checkpoint is successfully passed a security checkpoint log
is written, creating an audit trail of what is done.
Prerequisites

	operation in the
Shop Order Operation Work Guidelines window.
- The operation must not be in status Planned.

- If an employee qualification requirement exists for the subtask and the
qualification check for the site is mandatory, then the employee entered in
shop floor workbench must have those qualifications to sign off the subtask.
