Define Issue Sub-Categories
Explanation
This activity is used to further divide categories defined on the Issue Category 
tab into sub-categories. Do this if you want to organize your grievance or 
disciplinary issues even further. 
An example would be to divide a "Performance" category 
into sub-categories such as Quality, Quantity, Missing Targets etc.
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity:
	- Issue categories have to be registered in the system.
 
System Effects
As a result of this activity, issue sub-categories will be registered in the 
system.

Procedure
	- Open the Disciplinary and Grievance Management Basic Data 
	window.
 
	- On the Sub Issue Category tab, add a new record.
 
	- In the Issue Category field, enter the issue category which you 
	want to divide into sub-categories.
 
	- In the Sub Issue Category field, enter the name for the sub 
	category.
 
	- In the Description field, you can enter a description of the 
	sub-category where you can, e.g., give information when it should be used.
 
	- To add more sub-categories, go to step 2.
 
	- After you defining all relevant sub-categories, save your changes.
