Usage
Use this tab to enter and view information on costs/revenues for a service
request/work order associated with the cost types; Personnel, Material,
Expenses, External, Tools and Fixed
Price. The revenue information is only used
in IFS/Service
Management and this information is only visible if a customer is defined in the work order. A summary row is displayed at the bottom of
the window. The tab contains information on the following:
- Budget Costs/Budget Revenue
- Planned Costs/Planned Revenues
- Actual Costs/Actual Revenues
Further this tab comprises of following graphs:
- WO Analysis - A bar graph which represents the cost and revenue
information of the work order categorized through Budget, Planned and Actual
information and with the relevant cost types.
- Cost Summary - A bar graph which represents the cost
information of the work order categorized through Budget, Planned and Actual
costs and as well as the work order cost types.
- Revenue Summary - A bar graph which represents the revenue information
of the work order categorized through Budget, Planned and Actual revenues and
as well as the work order cost types.
- Actual Cost - A pie chart which represents a graphical view of cost
proportions.
- Actual Revenue - A pie chart which represents a graphical view of
revenue proportions.
- In addition actual, planned and budget margin percentages are displayed in
the Margin section.
