Add Folder to Menu
Explanation
This activity is used to add folders to the data 
collection menu. This task is to be performed by a system administrator or an 
equivalent person.

	- The folders will be added to the menu structure.

Procedure
	- Open the Data Collection Menu/Structure tab.
- Select the level to which you want to add the folder in the navigator 
	tree. If the structure is empty it will be added to the root of the tree. 
- Right-click and then click Add Folder(s). 
- In the Folder Label field, enter a label. 
- Optionally change the sort order. 
- Optionally repeat steps 3-5 to add more folders. 
- Click OK to add the folders to the menu.
