Recalculate Attendance for Employee
Explanation
This activity is used to manually recalculate the attendance result based on
the clocking intervals in Time Card Day/Interval tab. This can be
used if a deviation has been created to the employee's work time after time has
already been reported for a day. When the day is recalculated, the results will
be regenerated based on the new day type information valid for the day.
Note: Any attendance results entered manually in the Time Card
Day/Results tab will be overwritten as a result of recalculation unless row
protection has been used for the attendance result.
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity, clocking intervals should already be
entered in the Time Card Day/Interval tab.
System Effects
As a result of this activity;
	- If a
deviation has been created for the employee's work time as a deviation day,
deviation cycle or an automatic day type switch, results will be regenerated based on
the specified deviation. This only applies if employee has reported time using
	clocking intervals.
E.g: If the scheduled work interval which was from 08:00 to 17:00 has
been changed to 08:00-15:00, the number of normal hours will be recalculated
	for the new work period.
