Enter Execution Information
Explanation
Use this activity to enter execution details that will be inherited by the 
work orders to create work tasks connected to the service line.
Prerequisites
	- Service contract valid sites should be defined in Service 
	Contract/ Valid Sites tab.
 
	- Maintenance organizations should be defined in IFS/Basic Data for 
	Maintenance.
 
	- Workshops should be defined in Fleet and Asset Management and connected 
	to maintenance organization with access.
 
	- Work Task Templates should be defined and set to Active in IFS/Preventive 
	Maintenance.
 
	- The work stages must be entered in Work Order 
	and PM Basic Data/Work Stages.
 
System Effects
As a result of this activity, execution data inherits to the work order and 
creates work tasks accordingly.

Procedure
	- Open the 
	Service Contract window and 
	query for a record (F3).
 
	- Click the Services
	or 
	Vehicle Services tab and select a 
	line. 
 
	- Click Execution tab and add new record (F5).
 
	- Enter values for Site and Task Template ID using List of 
	Values (F8).
 
	- Optionally, enter a value for Maintenance Organization or 
	Workshop code.
 
	- Optionally, enter a value for Work Stage ID. Use the List of 
	Values (F8) to select a values.
 
	- Save the information (F12).
 
	- If required, enter more Work Task Templates per site by repeating step 3 to 6. 
	Note: When adding more Work Task Templates under the same site, the maintenance 
	organization or workshop code should not be entered as it is enough to mention it in one 
	record only.
 
	- To enter execution information for different sites, repeat step 3 to 7.
