Define Control Plan Template Header
Explanation
Each Control Plan Template consists 
of two levels: a header and one or more lines. This activity is used to create a 
new control plan template header, or a new revision of an existing control plan 
template. The control plan template can be of type:
	- Manufacturing
- Purchasing
- Inventory

As a result of this activity, a new control plan template revision is defined 
in the status Created.

Routing Template
Procedure
	- Open the 
	Control Plan Template 
	window.
- Create a new record.
- Enter a value for template ID. 
	Note that the value for template ID is system-generated if you leave it 
	blank.
- Enter a value for the site for 
	which you want to create the control plan template, or use the List of 
	Values to choose from the available sites.
- Enter a template type. Possible 
	values are Manufacturing, Purchasing and Inventory.
- Select a Category Entry Type if control plan lines defined as 
	Categorical will be defined.
- In the 
	Template Attributes 
	area, you can select the Receipt Not Allowed 
	check box for manufacturing and purchasing templates. If this check box is 
	selected, all analyses connected to the order need to be confirmed and all 
	time triggers need to be stopped in order to receive parts.
- In the 
	Control Plan Attributes 
	area, you can select the Use Catch UoM check box 
	for inventory templates.
