Print Project Pick List
Explanation
Use this activity to print project pick lists. You can preview before printing. 
The pick list is used as a basis for picking reserved material from inventory. The 
pick list does not imply a physical reservation of parts.
There are five ways to generate a project pick list: 
	- From the Order Report 
	window.
- By selecting and right-clicking on the project node within 
	Project Navigator 
	window.
- By selecting and right-clicking on a project in the 
	Projects window.
- By selecting and right-clicking on a project in the 
	Project window.
- By selecting and right-clicking on a project in the 
	Delivery Projects 
	window.
Prerequisites
 To perform this activity, the reserved quantities for the project demands 
should be greater than zero. 
System Effects
	-  All reserved material on the project (and delivery project) which 
	has not been printed yet will be printed on the pick list and are available 
	for picking.
- Once the material has been picked, they can then be issued to the project.
	
-  The printed pick list’s information cannot be printed on any other 
	pick list.

Procedure
	- Select the project (or delivery project) with material reservations.
	
- Right-click and click Project Pick List. 
- Specify the site for which you want the pick list to be generated.
Note: If you keep the Site field blank the pick list will be generated 
for all the sites that belong to the project.
	- Click OK to proceed.
- The Report Print 
	dialog box appears. You can choose the type of page layout or language in this 
	dialog box. 
- After you make desired changes, click OK to print the report directly,
	Cancel to abort the printout, or Preview to preview the report.
	
- If you select Preview, the report is presented for review. After 
	reviewing it, click Print to print the report.
