Update Customer Order Line Due Date

Explanation

Use this activity to modify the due date of a customer order line when an alarm exists for a date mismatch between the DOP header and its pegged customer order lines.

Prerequisites

• The DOP header must have been connected to at least one customer order line.
• An alarm must exist on the DOP header due to a date mismatch between the DOP header and the pegged customer order lines. 

System Effects

• The alarm for the date mismatch between the DOP header and the due date of its pegged customer order lines will be resolved.
• The due date, and dates dependant on the due date on the customer order line is updated to align with the DOP header due date.

Procedure

1. Search for the relevant DOP ID.
2. Select the alarm line to be solved, right-click and then click Update Customer Order Line Due Date.
