Enter Work Task Templates in Jobs and Templates
Explanation
Use this activity to connect
multiple work task templates to a preventive maintenance (PM) action.
Prerequisites
Information related to work task templates must exist
    in IFS/Preventive Maintenance.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, all information regarding
work lists, materials, resources, and documents that are
entered in a work task template will be copied to the PM action.

PM Action/Jobs and Templates 
Procedure
  - Open the 
	PM action window, 
	create a new record (F5) or query for an existing
    one (F3).
- Click the 
	Jobs and Templates tab, and create a new
    record (F5) or select an appropriate job from the existing job lines.
- Enter a value in the Task Template ID field.
    Use the List of Values to select a suitable value. 
- Enter an appropriate revision in the Revision
    field if more than one revision exists for the work task template. Use the
    List of Values to select a suitable value. 
- Enter the quantity of the work task template. The value in
    the  Qty field is set to 1 by default.
- 
    Save the record (F12).
Note: Quantity of the work task template can be changed to a value more 
than 1 at the time of creating the record. However, it cannot be updated once 
the record is saved.
