Perform Resource Requirements Planning
Explanation
Use this activity to calculate Resource Requirement Planning (RRP). You can
run RRP for one or all sites you have access to, master schedule sets and capacity scenarios.
You must also specify which master schedule level you want to run RRP for.
Prerequisites
	- This activity requires that you have entered forecasts and run
Master Scheduling (MS). RRP is based on the manufacturing plan that results
from MS or from the forecast and demand, depending on MS level.
- If RRP is based on the sales and
operations plan, new forecast, new operations plan and planned inventory
	will be considered in RRP.
- The resources needed to manufacture a part must be entered.
- The shop calendar must be up-to-date. RRP plans
the workload only for days included in the shop calendar. Only work days should exist in
the shop calendar, so weekends and holidays are not counted in RRP.
System Effects
As a result of this activity:
	- The system calculations show a plan indicating how well
capacity meets demands.
- RRP shows how the manufacturing plan affects factors such as
storage space, personnel, transport capacity, machine capacity, etc.
