Procedure

1. From the File menu, choose Save.
2. Type a filename. The system adds the '.fsi' suffix if not included in the filename.
3. Click OK to save the file.

Note: A workspace can be saved as two types of files. They are Workspace (fsw) and formatted situation (fsi). The fsi file stores only the object data. The fsw file stores desktop information like extended plot and tool tip settings, palette color markings, Gantt chart scaling, objects used for plotting Gantt chart and open dialogs.
