Remove Reporting Journal Approval

Explanation

This activity is used to remove the approval of a reporting journal.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, the reporting status of the reporting entity should be Approved.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the reporting status of the reporting entity will change from Approved to Reported.

Procedure

To remove the approval of a reporting journal:

1. Open the Reporting Period Status window and search for the relevant combination of period, reporting transaction type and balance version.
2. Select the record. The reporting period status details for the record will be displayed in the Reporting Period Status Details table. 
3. Select the record displayed in the Reporting Period Status Details table, right-click and then click Remove Reporting Journal Approval.
