Print Depreciation Proposal Report

Explanation

Use this activity to print the Depreciation Proposal Report. This report shows a depreciation proposal with Created or Authorize status. The print can be done either in detail or summary. Selection terms for the report are accounting year and object group The List of Values can be used for depreciation proposals and object/object group. A percent (%) sign can be used for printing a report for all object groups. The report can be used for prognosis on depreciation.

Prerequisites

This activity requires that object information exist in the IFS/Fixed Assets.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the report is printed either on screen or on paper.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to print the report:

  1. Open Deprecation Proposal Report.
  2. Select the Detail or Summary option.
  3. select an identity for the Proposal ID filed for the depreciation proposal using the List of Values.
  4. Default value in the Object Group field is a percent (%) sign which means that all object groups are included in the report. Use the List of Values to select an identity for the object group.
  5. Click Company to print the report for another company, if appropriate.
  6. Confirm the information. The Print Report window is displayed. Click Preview to print the report on screen.
  7.  Click OK to print the report on paper.
