Zoom and View IL Project Balance Information

Explanation

Use this activity to define how the selected balances are to be displayed on screen.

Prerequisites

Before the display of balances can be defined in the Zoom-in dialog box, the following must have been completed:

• The balances must have been selected from the database, i.e. you must have used the Search function either in IL Projects Analysis, IL Project Analysis or IL Structure Project Analysis.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the selected balances are displayed on screen. You can use the Zoom-in button once more to make a new definition of how to display the balances.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to display project balances:

1. Open IL Projects Analysis, IL Project Analysis or IL Structure Project Analysis.
2. Use the Search function. In the Search dialog box, select the balances from the database.
3. In the Zoom-in dialog box, define how the balances are to be displayed.
4. Confirm the information. The information is displayed in the window.
5. Use the Zoom-in button in the window to make a new definition of how the balances are to be displayed.
6. Use the Voucher Information operation to break down a balance on a code string into voucher rows.
