Run Matching

The Run Matching support process can be used to: 

• Find employees that match a job requirement, a profile or another employee profile.
• Find a job that matches another job, a profile or an employee profile.

The results from the Run Matching process can be distributed to other people. You can use the Matching Engine or the Matching Wizard; both interfaces provide the same results.

The Matching Engine support includes following activities:

• Register Matching Name
• Select Type of Matching
• Select Matching and Criteria Settings
• View Matching Result
• Create Distribution List.

The Matching Wizard support includes following activities:

• Select Wizard Matching and Criteria Settings
• Select Wizard Type of Matching
• View Wizard Matching Result
• Save Wizard Matching Result
