Enter General Info
Explanation
This activity is used to enter general CRM information for a customer.
Prerequisites
	- A customer must exist.
 
	- Basic data must exist in the 
	CRM Basic Data window.
 
System Effects
General CRM information is added and can be viewed for a particular customer.

Procedure
	- 
	Open the 
	
	
	Customer 
window and search for your customer.
 
	- 
	Click the 
	
	
	CRM Info 
tab and select the 
	
	General 
tab. 
	
	
 
	- 
	
	Create a new record.
 
	- 
	
	
	Select the 
	
	
	Key Account 
check box to specify that the customer is a key account.
 
	- 
	
	
	
	Enter other information, such as potential, loyalty, etc.
 
	- 
	
	
	
	
	Enter main representative. 
	
	
	If you are connected to a representative in 
	CRM and 
SRM Basic Data then you yourself will be 
suggested as main representative but it is possible to change the value.
 
	- 
	
	
	
	
	
	Save your changes.
